Restorative Yoga

Just like our mobile devices need recharged, our bodies need time to restore. Restorative yoga is an excellent way to reset and relieve stress during the work week. Class consists of holding asanas for lengthened periods of time with the support of props, and focusing our attention to our breath with the practice of pranayama. *Great for all levels and beginners.
