Longer held poses to stretch and lengthen connective tissues. This is a very slow style of yoga that will create the feeling of space in the body.


Yoga is a sacred practice that introduces you to a place of healing in your own body, this class is for all levels and will involve many of the basic poses that make a foundation for a daily practice.
