All Levels Yoga - SUB Casey

Find what feels good in a mixed level class designed for all yoga students, including beginners. Variations of yoga postures will be given so students can explore and find what works best for them in their bodies. Use of yoga props encouraged! We explore holding yoga postures and also slowly flowing through yoga postures.
