Gentle Yoga 

Mindful movements, pranayama, & relaxation is what this class is all about! Gentle Yoga will increase your flexibility, decrease stress, & improve your quality of sleep. *Great for beginners

Beginner’s Flow

All levels welcome, come flow to some fun music & move your body! During this practice you will sync your breath with the continuous  flow of postures to help build strength, endurance and confidence in your practice!

Intuitive Flow

Delve deep into yourself and discover the powers hidden within each of Our souls. With the use of pranayama (breathing), asana (movement) and chanting we will dive deep into our body-minds and discover what truly lies within. Leave your mat feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and at one. *All Levels

Yin Yoga/Candlelight Yin

What on earth is Yin Yoga? In Yin yoga, the asanas (poses) are held for longer periods of time to work the connective tissues, such as ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice. There are few standing poses and you won’t break a sweat. It’s a great compliment to any Yoga practice! This class is appropriate for people of all abilities, sizes, genders, and orientations.

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. Chair yoga is a great practice for everyone, as it can improve balance, range of motion and flexibility. Every class concludes with a deep breathing and relaxation practice, as well. We would love to have you join us! *No experience  required! Wear comfortable clothing.

Body Positive

Societal standards of what a person should look like are all around us. This is an all levels class meant to help cultivate a practice centered around what our bodies can do and not what they look like or how they conform to these  ever so restrictive societal standards. Yoga for body image is to embody all that Thich Nhat Hanh says “To meditate means to go home to yourself. Then you know how to take care of the things that are happening inside you, and you know how to take care of the things that happen around you.” Come spend an hour ending the weekend with a positive head-start on the work week, focusing on just how amazing the human body is and finding what it is you need to start the coming week.

FAC Yoga

Friday Afternoon Club! Wind down your work week right with this breath centered vinyasa class. A mix of Yin & Yang, this class will guide you through a dynamic flow with an equal balance of the mindful and intentional pauses of yin yoga for the perfect start to the weekend. **We will meet every 3rd Friday of the month!**

Private Yoga Session – $50

60mins of personalized attention, perfect for those not yet comfortable in a group setting, recovering from injury, or have specific goals in mind. Private sessions are geared toward restorative, healing postures with customized sequences that will help reduce stress and tension in the mind-body and restore a sense of balance. *Great choice for those just beginning their yoga journey!
