As a yoga instructor, Kate believes that it’s essential to make yoga accessible to all levels of practitioners because it has such a positive, transforming power. Prana (air) is our life force and asanas (poses) guide us in our practice. ┬áKate is a lifelong student of yoga and continues to explore and enjoy many different styles. She incorporates many of her favorite lessons into her own teaching, offering empowering flows and guided meditations. Kate received her 200 hour teacher training through Lotus House of Yoga in Lincoln, and is currently completing a certification in Prenatal Yoga. As a student of yoga for many years, she has explored many styles including Vinyasa, Ashtanga, YogaNidra, Power, Yin, and Restorative.
