I began consistently practicing yoga over four years ago and have never looked back. I noticed that every time I rolled out my yoga mat and practiced I felt immediately more uplifted and grounded – regardless of what the day offered up for me. This past year I felt a calling to share yoga and all the positive vibes this practice offers with others. As an RYT200 certified yoga instructor, I am dedicated to creating a nurturing and safe environment to support inward focus and exploration of the body, mind, and spirit, for yogis of all levels. You can expect upbeat Vinyasa flows with killer playlists – my goal for every class I teach is to inspire positive change in all who experience it. Off the mat, you’ll find me in the kitchen listening to Elton John while cooking for my family and friends, exploring the everyday with my husband, or just enjoying the little things in life – like a great cup of coffee, warm summer evenings, and slow Sunday mornings.
